NYC Ferry Astoria Terminal is 15 min in bicycle ride. very safe building and area. your room has a smart tv, 2 book shelves, drawer, and your own closet outside your room. -you Must be reasonably clean (clean up after yourself) Sorry, no overnight guests (no friends, no boyfriends, no girlfriends, no one-night stands). If you're looking for 'party city', this is not the right room for you. But if you're looking for a reliable, friendly, calm and quiet accommodation, this is perfect. -Must be respectuful of others, and preferably friendly:) -no smoking cigarettes, no ecigarrettes, no marihuana, no drugs, no ebikes in the apartment. - no loud parties, high noise not allowed in the building, no overnight visitors -pets not welcomed - For security purposes, I will require a photocopy of your drivers' license or passport. I'd like to know who is living with me! No blasting any loud music, please. - Don't stay up all night please. No loud telephone calls or banging around pots and pans and cooking after 10 pm at night.
